The camera was shipped super fast and to my surprise it was at my house in two days. I ordered this camera to replace an aging camera that we used to watch the vehicles in the drive way and to supervise the kids outdoor play activities. This is a fairly large/good sized camera,and the audio function is good“ ”

After receiving the system I bench tested it. Did not have any problems putting it all together, picture quality was great. DVR worked perfect and menu's etc.. were easy to navigate. I have read all the reviews about people having problems networking the system, I did not run into any of that. “ ”

I've had the system installed for about a week now and I am quite pleased with it. That being said, I would like to share my overall experience with everyone, as it may be helpful for those considering this system and installing it themselves, as I did.“ ”

I did a lot of research and chose the Zmodo based on features, price and ease of installation. Initial setup took about 15 minutes (couldn't get wireless to work using IPhone app, but switched to PC installation and figured it out. Camera works well and offers tons of features regarding recording and scheduling options. They are a lot of settings that are pretty intuitive and with manual, it was pretty easy to tweak.“ ”

Easy to install, user friendly dashboard, clear images and great tool to monitor your home or business remotely. We use hours to check in on our son while we are at work.“ ”

This DVR is a really good value. I was a little skeptical at first since it isn't from a "major brand" however it was really easy to setup, worked really well from the start, and even had the correct date and time pre-programmed! If you are looking for a good basic DVR I don't see how you could do better for the money, it includes a remote and a mouse and the software is very user-friendly as well as capable. You do have to use the CD to find the user manual, however the default password is 0000 (it took me a while to find this so I thought it might be helpful to post it here). I'm sure you can spend more to get something higher-end, but for a basic unit this a really great. It is really quiet too “ ”

Received item fast hook was easy. Took longer to run cables than expected but not products fault. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great Security DVR system at a great price. And the customer service is by far the best I've have ever dealt with. I would buy any of Zmodo products just based on the fact the customer service and tech support people are so great to work with. I'm now working on installing these in 4 of my family members houses.“ ”

Setup was a very straightforward breeze for me. It took approximately 15 minutes to set everything the way I wanted it. For the price, the camera quality more than met my expectations. This is a perfect camera for me to monitor my dog on my phone or laptop while I'm away from home. “ ”

The network settings are a little tricky, but it has many functions and I had to recycle the power once to reboot the camera b/c the pan/tilt quit responding. After a quick power reboot all was ok. It's been in operation for over a month now. I will buy another one like it for another project.“ ”

I needed a device to allow me to monitor any moisture in my finished basement remotely as I have a sump pump system - and a home theatre system and flooring that is costly if damaged due to water. Having had 2 floods in the last several years and not realizing about them until it was too late forced me into looking for a camera system that would allow me easy remote monitoring. This is AMAZING! It's APPLE easy .....meaning it is literally plug and play. It took me less than 5 minutes to set this up on my Computer, Laptop, IPAD, and Android Phone ...with live or recorded VIDEO. Picture quality is astounding. You can also have the camera send you alerts if it notices motion. Unbelievable. For the price this is absolutely amazing. WAY TO GO ....a product that works and is insanely easy to setup.“ ”
