Flexible Operation
The DVR in the kit has a number of recording modes to suit your needs. You can program it to record at certain times, record continuously, or set it to start recording when motion is detected or using the alarm mode. It can also be used with different capacity hard drives and types of cameras, so you can build the perfect surveillance system for your particular requirements.

Select Rating I bought & installed this kit 2 months ago as a reasonably affordable solution to a vandalism problem. Once the cams were mounted it was plug & play & I have had zero problems. The video quality is decent. The motion detector sensitivity is fickle on approaching objects but is sharp on crossing ones. This is by no means a pro security setup but the cams have held up wonderfully outside, our weather being a mix of high humidity, heat & rain recently. The software suffers in some places but it is not difficult. For the money I recommend this highly- I caught my vandal & the video is going to court! (Posted on 11/12/12)
