 Connect your PTZ camera's video and power connections. Run an 18-gauge Power Wire for the RS-485 (Control Wire) and connect it to the DVR and the Camera using the following guide. 
Unscrew the lid of the camera and find the Dipswitch Panel. Use a small screwdriver or pencil to set the correct Dips.
Unscrew bottom panel of the camera and find the Dipswitch. Use a small screwdriver or pencil to set the correct Dips.
Make sure the first PTZ camera's Dip Switch is set with the following information:  
 
 
 
Setup your DVRs PTZ Settings with the same setup on the Dip Switches. (Example is of the 9000 Series DVRs. Menu is located under Main Menu -> Devices -> PTZ) 
You should now be able to control the PTZ function using the DVR, Internet Explorer, and Software Interfaces.
