The power box converts AC 110-220V input into 12V DC volt power for up to 9 security cameras. This power supply box includes 9 individual PTC protectors and 9 LEDs indicators for each camera output. The PB-3059 is wall mountable and boxed in a rugged metal enclosure.

Select Rating I originally purchased this to run a couple cameras. It is now running 6 cameras. These are not the little cameras, they are:
2: 302 series require 3A power supply each.
Running larger cameras like this is done by bridging two circuits to run
each camera.
2: 209 series require .5A power supply each.
1: 203 series requires a .3A power supply.
1: 954 series requires a .5 amp power supply.
Total power required as specified by the camera manufacturer is 8 amps.
Actual draw is realistically around 5 amps.
The unit can deliver 7.5 amps but is rated at 5 amps.
This unit is functioning flawlessly.
I am adding more cameras. Time to order the larger unit. This one will be moved to the other location and run 4 smaller cameras. (Posted on 12/12/09)
