The DVR-H9104V is a 4 channel, fully integrated, real time, and hardware based standalone digital video recorder. This standalone DVR is based on an embedded Linux operating system and includes a remote control for easy setup and operation. Select Rating I'm not a camera expert, but the image is fuzzy on the recording. I doubt a face could be recognized at more than 20 feet even though the range is claimed to be much more. (Posted on 1/26/12)
